Create a myLAHOCO account from a web browser

Open your preferred web browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Brave,..)

Go to https://my.lahoco.ch

Choose one of the available login methods :

With an email address and password => Click on Sign Up

Enter an email and password of at least 8 characters, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, then click Continue

Click Accept when prompted for authorization.

A verification email has been sent to the email address you provided. Click the Confirm my account button in the email to activate your account.

With a Google account => Click Continue with Google

Select an account and click Continue when prompted for authorization.

With an Apple account => Click Continue with Apple

Click Accept when prompted for authorization.

Once you have chosen a login method, please always use this method to log in to your myLAHOCO account.

The LAHOCO CORE listing page is displayed (empty), the account has been successfully created.
Create a myLAHOCO account from the mobile app

Open the LAHOCO mobile app

If you are already logged in, go to settings ⚙️ to log out

Tap Log In

Choose one of the available login methods :

With an email address and password => Tap Sign Up

Enter an email address and password of at least 8 characters, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, then click Continue

Click Accept when prompted for authorization.
