Create a myLAHOCO account

Create a myLAHOCO account from a web browser

1. Open your preferred web browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Brave,..)

2. Go to https://my.lahoco.ch

3. Choose one of the available login methods :

   1. With an email address and password => Click on Sign Up

      1. Enter an email and password of at least 8 characters, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, then click Continue

      2. Click Accept when prompted for authorization.

      3. A verification email has been sent to the email address you provided. Click the Confirm my account button in the email to activate your account.

   2. With a Google account => Click Continue with Google

      1. Select an account and click Continue when prompted for authorization.

   3. With an Apple account => Click Continue with Apple

      1. Click Accept when prompted for authorization.

4. The LAHOCO CORE listing page is displayed (empty), the account has been successfully created.

Create a myLAHOCO account from the mobile app

1. Open the LAHOCO mobile app

2. If you are already logged in, go to settings ⚙️ to log out

3. Tap Log In

4. Choose one of the available login methods :

   1. With an email address and password => Tap Sign Up

      1. Enter an email address and password of at least 8 characters, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, then click Continue

      2. Click Accept when prompted for authorization.

      3. A verification email has been sent to the email address you provided. Click the Confirm my account to activate your account.

   2. With a Google account => Click Continue with Google

      1. Select a Google account and click Continue when prompted for authorization.

   3. With an Apple account => Clicl Continue with Apple

      1. Click Accept when prompted for authorization.

4. The LAHOCO CORE listing page is displayed (emtpy), the account has been successfully created.
