Getting Started

Your LAHOCO installation

Congratulations 🥳

You are the proud owner of a LAHOCO installation!

This page will help you with the first steps of commissioning.

1. Placement of the LAHOCO CORE

The first step is placing the LAHOCO CORE (yellow or white module) in the home.

Placement of the LCD

The LCD is designed to be placed on a piece of furniture, as centrally as possible in the home, so as to cover the widest possible area with EnOcean and Wi-Fi radio waves.

Placement of the LCP

The LCP is designed to be mounted on the 35mm DIN rail of the electrical panel.

If EnOcean components are to be used, it is strongly recommended to place a remote antenna (item 800300) outside the electrical panel to facilitate the passage of radio waves.

2. Power Supply

Power Supply of the LCD

The LCD must be powered by the 24 VDC power supply provided with the device.

Power Supply of the LCP

It must be powered using an external 24 VDC power supply (not included). KYMO SA can supply a suitable power supply (item 671003).

3. Network

The network cable must be connected and provide an Internet connection of at least 10 Mbit/s.

Internet access is required for activation, updates, weather, and remote access to your LAHOCO. It is not required for other use cases.

4. Activation

See the page dedicated to activation for the rest of the procedure.
