Create a myLAHOCO account

Create a myLAHOCO account from a web browser

1. Open your preferred web browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Brave, etc.)

2. Go to https://my.lahoco.ch

3. Choose one of the available login methods:

   1. With an email address and password => Click Sign up

      1. Enter an email address and a password of at least 8 characters, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digits, and special characters, then click Continue

      2. Click Accept when the authorization request appears.

      3. A verification email has been sent to the email address provided. Click the Confirm my account button in the email to activate the account.

   2. With a Google account => Click Continue with Google

      1. Choose an account and click Continue when the authorization request appears.

   3. With an Apple account => Click Continue with Apple

      1. Click Accept when the authorization request appears.

4. The LAHOCO CORE listing page is displayed (empty); the account has been successfully created.

Create a myLAHOCO account from the mobile app

1. Open the LAHOCO mobile app

2. If an account is already logged in, go to the settings ⚙️ to log out

3. Click Log in

4. Choose one of the available login methods:

   1. With an email address and password => Click Sign up

      1. Enter an email address and a password of at least 8 characters, including lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digits, and special characters, then click Continue

      2. Click Accept when the authorization request appears.

      3. A verification email has been sent to the email address provided. Click the Confirm my account button in the email to activate the account.

   2. With a Google account => Click Continue with Google

      1. Choose an account and click Continue when the authorization request appears.
